The Shipping List Inquiry Detail Screen (GA847S01) allows you to access the list of handling or simplified handling unit labels associated to an item on this shipping list.
This screen is displayed when you select a shipped item from the shipping list summary screen.
The packaging label detail screen is then available after selecting a handling label.
COMPANY/SOURCING WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the shipping company/warehouse associated with this shipping list.
SHIPPING LIST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of the shipping list.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact place at a ship-to customer location in which the customer receives shipments, usually a warehouse or loading dock. Three fields are used to specify the delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of the shipping list line.
SELLING WAREHOUSE
Display only. The warehouse from which the goods on this shipping list line were sold.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC item number of the requested item.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
LEFT TO SHIP
Display only. Displays the quantity left to be shipped for the item, taking into account the already frozen or shipped shipping list.
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the customer item number. This is not a MAC-PAC number, it is the number your customer uses to identify this item.
SHIPPING LIST QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the item quantity, expressed in the stockkeeping unit, to be shipped.
LOCATION
Display only. Displays the inventory storage location in which the items on this shipping list will be picked.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of item inventory that will be decreased upon shipment of this shipping list item.
LABEL TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of the selected label. In VDA mode, a packaging label (type 1) is not valid.
PACKAGING OR HANDLING UNIT LABEL
Display only. Indicates the number of the labels which correspond to the current shipment. In VDA mode, a packaging label (type 1) is not valid.
QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the item quantity which corresponds to the label number entered.
MIXED HANDLING UNIT LABEL NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the mixed handling unit label associated to the packaging unit entered. This field is only displayed if mixed units are used.
LOT NUMBER
Display only (if items by lot). If the item is associated to lots, each generated label is related to a lot number.
LOCATION
Optional. Allows you to indicate the shipment of labels from the specified stock locations, to reduce the stock inventory upon shipment. If the item is associated to lots, it corresponds to the allocated location of the label (label generated through daily process). Otherwise, the default value is the location by default displayed on the screen. This value can be changed.
BALANCE TYPE
Optional. Indicates the type of stock which will be adjusted when the item corresponding to this label is shipped.
SELECTION
Optional. Enter an 'X' to select a line and display detail information.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the Function Select screen.
F11 - Displays the Shipping List Recap Inquiry Screen.
F14 - Displays the Packaging Unit Label List Inquiry Screen (after selection).
