The Shipping List Inquiry Recap Screen (GA845S04) displays the summary information of completed or planned shipments for the selected shipping list.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the shipping company/warehouse associated with this shipping list.
SHIPPING LIST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of the shipping list.
STATUS
Display only. Indicates the status of the shipping list. Will be one of the following:
O - Open: The shipment is being prepared.
F - Frozen: The shipment is ready.
S - Shipped: The shipment has been shipped.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact place at a ship-to customer location in which the customer receives shipments, usually a warehouse or loading dock. This is the delivery point associated with this shipping list. Three fields are used to specify the delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
SELLING WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the warehouse from which items are shipped.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Displays the shipping list line number.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC item number of the requested item.
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the customer item number. This is not a MAC-PAC number, it is the number your customer uses to identify this item.
ITEM TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of the item (purchased, manufactured). Defaults from the Part Master File (DE100M).
LEFT TO PREPARE
Display only. Displays the quantity left to be prepared for the item, taking into account the already shipped or frozen shipping lists.
TOTAL QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the total quantity to be shipped as shown on the shipping proposal.
STOCKKEEPING UNIT
Display only. Displays the unit of measure in which this item is stocked.
SHIPPING LIST QUANTITY
Display only. Displays the item quantity to be shipped.
LOCATION
Display only. Indicates the stock location of the items for the shipping warehouse.
INVENTORY BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of inventory automatically decreased upon shipment of the shipping list (on-hand, distribution).
SELECTION
Optional. Enter an 'X' to select a line and display detail information.
TOTAL WEIGHT
Display only. Indicates the total weight of the shipments forecast on the shipping list. In VDA mode, this weight is the sum of the total net weight and the packing weight (container) of items from the label. (If there are no labels on the lines, this field is then equal to the Total Net Weight, in which case there is no packaging weight.)
NET WEIGHT
Display only. (VDA mode.) This field represents the total net weight of all lines represented on this Shipping List Maintenance screen. The value indicated in this field comes from the weight entered on the Part Master file multiplied by the number of parts defined on the shipping list lines.
TOTAL VOLUME
Display only. Indicates the total volume of the shipment forecast on the shipping list.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the Function Select screen.
F2 - Displays a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Allows you to exit the screen.
F5 - Displays the detail screen of the selected shipping list number.
F6 - Displays the second line of a two-line subfile.
F7 - Displays the Shipping List Header Inquiry screen.
F8 - Returns to the list of the selected shipping lists.
F9 - Displays the Shipping List Maintenance Function Select screen.
F10 - Displays the Function Select screen.
F12 - Returns to the previous shipping list for inquiry.
F13 - Displays the next shipping list for inquiry.
F24 - Display additional command keys available from this screen.
