The Shipping List Maintenance Detail Screen (GA147S01) is displayed when you press F18=Add Line from the recap screen (GA145S04). This screen allows you to define the details associated to the shipment. You can enter the Synchro label number and the quantity of the item corresponding to the label to be shipped. If the item is lot-controlled, you must enter a label number, and you cannot enter a quantity, because it is predefined.
The label numbers you enter must be either packaging unit, handling unit, or simplified handling unit labels.
These labels must have been previously defined in the labels maintenance transaction. The relationships between packaging labels and handling labels are automatically used and calculates the quantity to be shipped. Labels associated to a shipping list that is frozen, shipped or has undergone the lock/forward process cannot be used again for another shipping list.
