The Shipping List Maintenance - Add Line Screen (GA145S07) allows you to add an item not originally forecast in the shipment.
This item must be in the blanket order associated to the shipping proposal and must also have an item/delivery point relationship and a valid endorsement for the shipping list delivery point.
After you enter a valid item number on this screen and press Enter, the Shipping List Maintenance - Detail screen will be displayed.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the company/warehouse from which the items on this shipping list will be shipped. You can change this value by using the F17 function key on this screen.
ITEM NUMBER
Required. Enter the number of the item you wish to add to this shipping list. Must exist on the Part Master File (DE100M).
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F11 - Returns to the Shipping List Summary screen.
