The Shipping List Maintenance - Change Total/Recap Screen (GA145S05) allows you to change the total weight and the total volume of the shipments. You can only change the weight and volume before you ship this shipping list (Top Shipment).
The total weight and volume are regularly recalculated and presented based on the weight and volume data for the items existing in the item base, and adjust the changes made.
The weight and volume displayed on this screen are also printed on the shipping list.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the company/warehouse from which the items on this shipping list will be shipped.
SHIPPING LIST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the shipping list number. This is the combination of the shipping proposal number and the suffix automatically generated when the shipping list is added.
STATUS
Display only. Indicates the status of the shipping list within the shipment cycle:
OPEN - The shipping list is being prepared;
FROZEN - The shipment is ready; the shipping list can no longer be changed;
SHIPPED - The shipment has been shipped.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. Indicates the final delivery point of the shipment. Corresponds to the shipping proposal delivery point. Three fields are used to identify a delivery point: bill-to customer number, ship-to customer number, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
SELLING WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the warehouse from which the items are shipped.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of this shipping list line.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC number of the item to be shipped.
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the customer reference number of the shipped item specified in the endorsement associated to the release shipped. This is the number your customer uses to identify this item. This is not a MAC-PAC number.
ITEM TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of the item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
QUANTITY LEFT PREPARE
Display only. Indicates the quantity of the item which remains to be shipped, taking into account the frozen or shipped shipping lists.
TOTAL QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the total quantity to be shipped which is shown on the shipping proposal.
INVENTORY TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of inventory automatically adjusted after the shipping list is shipped (on-hand, distribution).
STOCKKEEPING UNIT
Display only. Indicates the item stock unit in which the quantities on the screen are expressed. Defaults from the Part Master File (DE100M).
SHIPPING LIST QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the item quantity for which shipment is realized or expected on the shipping list. Is expressed in the item stock unit.
REVISION LEVEL
Display only. Indicates the customer's item revision level.
LOCATION
Display only. Indicates the storage location for the item.
SELECTION
Optional. Enter 'X' to select a line.
TOTAL WEIGHT
Optional. Initialized by default based on the expected shipments and the weight data by storage unit associated to the shipping list items (item base). Can be changed if this shipping list has a status of open or frozen.
NET WEIGHT
Optional. (VDA mode.) This field represents the total net weight of all lines represented on this Shipping List Maintenance Recap screen. The value indicated in this field comes from the weight entered on the Part Master file multiplied by the number of parts defined on the shipping list lines.
TOTAL VOLUME
Optional Field. Initialized by default based on the expected shipments and the volume data by storage unit associated to the shipping list items (item base). Can be changed if this shipping list has a status of open or frozen.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data.
F6 - Displays extended field information.
F16 - Returns to the shipping list summary screen without updating the changes.
