The Shipping List Maintenance - Recap Screen (GA145S04) allows you to view the detail lines of the shipping list. Information displays includes:
o Shipping list items;
o Quantities shipped, and quantities to be shipped;
o Storage location for items to be shipped.
From this screen, you can change the shipping list status to frozen or shipped and also access the shipped quantities for each item.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the company/warehouse the items on this shipping list will be shipped from.
SHIPPING LIST NUMBER
Display only. The shipping list number displayed is the combination of the shipping proposal number and the suffix automatically generated by the system when the shipping list is added.
STATUS
Display only. Indicates the status of the shipping list within the shipping cycle:
OPEN - The shipping list is being prepared;
FROZEN - The shipment is ready; the shipping can no longer be changed;
SHIPPED - The shipment has been shipped.
This conversation only allows access to shipping lists with an 'OPEN' or 'FROZEN' status.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. Indicates the final delivery point of the items shipped. Corresponds to the shipping proposal delivery point. Three fields are used to identify the delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Displays the shipping list line number.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC number assigned to this item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the item number the customer uses to identify this item. This number is specified in the endorsement associated to this item.
ITEM TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of this item. Defaults from the Part Master File (DE100M).
LEFT TO PREPARE
Display only. Indicates the item quantity that remains to be prepared. This quantity is calculated when the shipping list is added and takes into account the frozen or shipped shipping lists.
TOTAL QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the quantity to be shipped, shown on the shipping proposal.
STOCKKEEPING UNIT
Display only. The quantities displayed on this screen are expressed in the item's stockkeeping unit, which is defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
SHIPPING LIST QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the item quantities for which shipment is realized or pending in the shipping lists. This is expressed in the item stock unit.
REVISION LEVEL
Display only. Indicates the customer's item revision level.
LOCATION
Display only. Indicates the main storage location of the item to be shipped. This value can be changed on the detail screen. The quantities held at this location will be automatically adjusted after each shipment.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Indicates the type of inventory that is automatically adjusted after the shipping list is shipped (on-hand, distribution).
SELECTION
Optional. Enter an 'X' to select this line.
TOTAL WEIGHT
Display only. Indicates the total weight of the expected shipments of the shipping list. In VDA mode, this weight is the sum of the total net weight and the packing weight (container) of items from the label. (If there are no labels on the lines, this field is then equal to the Total Net Weight, in which case there is no packaging weight.)
NET WEIGHT
Display only. (VDA mode.) This field represents the total net weight of all lines represented on this Shipping List Maintenance screen. The value indicated in this field comes from the weight entered on the Part Master file multiplied by the number of parts defined on the shipping list lines.
TOTAL VOLUME
Display only. Indicates the total volume of the expected shipments of the shipping list.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns to the simplified Function Select screen.
F5 - Allows you to update the item shipped quantity and the shipping list.
F6 - Displays extended field information.
F7 - Allows access to the Shipping List Header screen.
F8 - (VDA mode.) Allows access to the Shipping List Containers screen.
F10 - Returns to the Shipping List Maintenance Function Select screen.
F16 - Allows you to change the weight and volume totals for the shipping list.
F18 - Allows access to the screen where an item not originally included in the shipment can be added.
F19 - Allows you to freeze this shipping list.
F20 - Allows you to ship this shipping list. In VDA mode, also updates the Container Delivery Lines file.
F24 - (VDA mode.) Allows you to display the additional conversation command keys on the screen.
