The Endorsement Inquiry Comments Screen (GA820S04) allows you to display comments associated with an endorsement. This screen is only displayed if comments are defined for an endorsement.
BLANKET ORDER NUMBER
Display only. Displays the blanket order associated to the endorsement whose comments you are displaying.
CUSTOMER CONTRACT NUMBER
Display only. Displays the customer contract number. This is the number the bill-to customer uses to identify the blanket order contract associated with this endorsement.
ORDER DATE
Display only. Indicates the blanket order date.
ENDORSEMENT
Display only. Displays the number of the endorsement whose comments you are displaying.
STATUS
Display only. Displays the status of this endorsement. Will be:
A - Active.
I - Inactive. This endorsement exists in the data base but cannot be associated to any releases.
D - The physical deletion of information associated to this endorsement has been requested.
VALIDITY DATE
Display only. Indicates the date on which this endorsement became valid.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the item number associated to this endorsement.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the item, as defined on the Part Master File.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. Displays the delivery point associated with this endorsement. Three fields are used to identify the delivery point:
o Bill-to customer number
o Ship-to customer number
o Delivery point location at ship-to address
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. Displays the ship-to customer who will be receiving items ordered referencing this endorsement.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the first line of the delivery point address associated with this endorsement.
PRINT CODE
Display only. Displays the code corresponding to the documents in which this comment line will be printed. This code and its description are defined on Reference File category G10 (Endorsement Comments Print Codes).
COMMENTS
Display only. Displays the comments associated with this endorsement.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation without update and display the application menu.
F5 - Previous screen.
F9 - Exits this conversation and calls the Endorsement Maintenance conversation. Accessing the maintenance conversation allows you to maintain endorsement information. F9=Maintenance is not displayed if you entered this conversation via F9=Inquiry.
F10 - Returns to the Endorsement Inquiry Select screen.
F18 - Displays the endorsement for this item/delivery point relationship with the most recent validity date prior to this endorsement.
F19 - Displays the endorsement for this item/delivery point relationship with the closest future validity date.
