The Offset Delivery Request Inquiry screen displays the offset deliveries for a specific release.
The only offset releases displayed are the ones which have not reached their shipping date. Offset releases that have been replaced by releases from a previous delivery request are not displayed.
DELIVERY REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of this delivery request.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of delivery request. Will be either:
1 - Cancel and replace
2 - Current actualization

DELIVERY REQEUST TYPE DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the delivery request type.
DATE/TIME
Display only. The date and time of the delivery request. Used in case of multiple daily requests.
BLANKET ORDER
Display only. Blanket orders define the overall financial conditions applicable to a bill-to customer. This is the blanket order associated with the issuer (bill-to customer) of this delivery request.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact place at a ship-to customer location in which the customer receives shipments, usually a warehouse or loading dock. This is the point in which the items will be delivered, unless a groupage point is associated with this delivery request. Three fields are used to identify the delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the first line of the delivery point address.
EDI NUMBER
Display only. Displays the electronic address of the delivery point.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC item number of the requested item.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the item customer reference number.
DELIVERY FROM/TO
Display only. Indicates the beginning and ending dates of the delivery request release for which the offset releases are inquired into.
REQUIRED QUANTITY
Display only. Indicates the required quantity associated to the delivery request release.
NATURE
Display only. Indicates the nature of the delivery request release.
STATUS
Display only. Indicates the status of the offset release.
OFFSET RELEASE QUANTITY-ORDERING UNIT
Display only. Indicates the offset release quantity in ordering unit.
DELIVERY DATE
Display only. Indicates the delivery date forecast for the release.
SHIPPING DATE
Display only. Indicates the shipping date forecast for the release.
PREPARATION DATE
Display only. Indicates the preparation date forecast for the release.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns to the Delivery Request Releases Inquiry screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Allows the user to exit the screen.
F9 - Allows access to the Delivery Request Maintenance screen.
F10 - Returns to the Delivery Request Select Inquiry screen.
