The Delivery Request Inquiry Comments Screen (GA832S05) displays the comments defined for the delivery request you are inquiring upon.
DELIVERY REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of the delivery request.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of the delivery request. Will be either:
1 - Cancel and replace;
2 - Current actualization.

DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the delivery request type.
DATE/TIME
Display only. The date and time of the delivery request. Used in case of multiple daily requests.
BLANKET ORDER NUMBER
Display only. Blanket orders define the overall financial conditions applicable to a bill-to customer. This is the blanket order associated with the customer who issued (bill-to customer) this delivery request.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact place at the ship-to customer location in which the customer receives shipments, usually a warehouse or loading dock.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the first line of the delivery point address.
EDI NUMBER
Display only. Displays the electronic address of the delivery point.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC part number of the requested items.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the requested item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the customer item number. This is not a MAC-PAC number, it is the number your client uses to identify the requested item.
COMMENTS
Display only. Displays the comments associated with this delivery request.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the Delivery Request Recap Screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Allows you to exit the screen.
F9 - Displays the Delivery Request Maintenance Function Select screen.
F10 - Displays the Delivery Request Select Inquiry screen.
F11 - Displays to the Delivery Request Recap Inquiry screen.
