The Delivery Request Inquiry Recap Screen (GA832S02) Displays all requests corresponding to the item/delivery point relationship whose delivery requests you are inquiring upon.
DELIVERY REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of this delivery request.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of the delivery request. Will be either:
1 - Cancel and replace;
2 - Current actualization.

DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays a description of the delivery request type.
DATE/TIME
Display only. The date and time of the delivery request. Used in case of multiple daily requests.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC item number of the item requested.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the item as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Displays the customer item number of the item requested. This is not a MAC-PAC number, it is the number the client uses to identify the item.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact place at the ship-to customer location in which the customer receives shipments, usually a warehouse or loading dock. Three fields are used to identify a delivery point: bill-to customer number, ship-to customer number, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the first line the delivery point address.
BLANKET ORDER NUMBER
Display only. Blanket orders define the overall financial conditions applicable to a bill-to customer. This is the blanket order associated with the customer who issued this delivery request.
SELECTION
Optional. Enter an 'X' to select a deliver request and display its detail information.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the Delivery Request Inquiry Select Screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits the screen.
F6 - Displays additional information for this request.
F7 - Displays the Delivery Request Header Inquiry Screen.
F8 - Displays to the Delivery Request List Screen.
F9 - Displays the Delivery Request Maintenance Screen.
F10 - Displays the Delivery Request Select Inquiry Screen.
F12 - Displays the Delivery Request Comments Screen.
F16 - Displays to the Delivery Request Releases Inquiry Screen.
F19 - Displays the Synchronization Data Inquiry Screen for the selected item/delivery point.
F24 - Displays additional command keys available from this screen.
