The Delivery Request Inquiry Header Screen (GA832S01) displays the header information associated with a delivery request.
ISSUER NUMBER
Display only. Display the issuer who issued this delivery request.
ISSUER NAME
Display only. Displays the issuer's name.
DELIVERY REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of this delivery request.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of this delivery request. Will be either:
1 - Cancel and replace;
2 - Current actualization.

DATE/TIME
Display only. The date and time of the delivery request. Used in case of multiple daily requests.
SENDER EDI NUMBER
Display only. Displays the electronic address for the sender of the delivery request.
SENDER EDI NAME
Display only. Displays the sender EDI name.
CUSTOMER COMMERCIAL CONTACT
Display only. Customer commercial name to contact regarding the consolidation point.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING CONTACT
Display only. Customer accounting name to contact regarding the consolidation point.
CONSOLIDATION POINT NUMBER
Display only. A consolidation point is an intermediate delivery location between the vendor and the customer, which helps to optimize the logistical organization of shipments. If a consolidation point is displayed, this is the point to which the items on this delivery request will be shipped.
CONSOLIDATION POINT NAME
Display only. Displays the name of the consolidation point as defined on the Consolidation Point File (GA170M).
DOCK
Display only. The consolidation point dock receiving delivery.
COMMENTS
Display only. Specifies whether comments are defined for this delivery request.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the delivery request comments, if comments are defined.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this screen.
F8 - Displays the Delivery Request Recap Inquiry screen.
F9 - Displays the Delivery Request Maintenance Screen.
F10 - Displays the Delivery Request Select Inquiry Screen.
F11 - Displays the Delivery Request Recap Screen.
