The Delivery Request Maintenance Header Comments Screen (GA130S05) allows you to add or change comments associated to a delivery request. These comments are for informational purposes and are not printed.
ISSUER
Display only. Displays the customer who issued this delivery request.
DELIVERY REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Displays the number of the delivery request for which you are maintaining comments.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE
Display only. Displays the type of this delivery request. Will be either:
o Cancel and replace;
o Current actualization.
The delivery request type is designated on Reference File category G11 (Delivery Request Types). You can override this value on the Delivery Request Maintenance Header Screen (GA130S03). The delivery request type is used to determine how to handle subsequent changes to already received delivery requests. See the Key Concepts section of the Synchro User Manual for more information about delivery request types.
DELIVERY REQUEST TYPE DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the description of the delivery request type. Defaults from Reference File category G11 (Delivery Type Requests).
DATE
Display only. Displays the date the this delivery request was added.
COMMENTS
Optional. Enter the comments you wish to associate with this delivery request. These comments are for informational purposes only, and are not printed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates and updates the entered data.
F11 - Displays the Delivery Request Recap Screen.
