SUBMIT FLAG
Required. It is necessary to enter Y after each batch process unless the user has set parameters for automatic process generation.
DATE
Required. This date determines the horizon taken into account for each of the warehouses in the generation of shipping proposals. The default date can be changed, but cannot be set prior to the current date.
For automatic entry of VDA messages, this batch process formats DELINS messages (customer electronic delivery requests) from the transmitted VDA messages. This process updates the EDI Numbers Master File (GA115M). The system uses translation software to receive VDA messages generating internal files. The generated files must be copied into the VDA Messages File (GA210AP2).
The Automatic Entry program (GA209E) sequentially reads the copied file. GA290E then validates messages received. According to the error, the program rejects the entire VDA message or DELINS already created. The rejected message can be retained by the next batch after modifications.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Allows the user to exit the screen.
