This screen allows you to enter a request in order to print the DELINS Message.
ALL COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Optional. Enter 'X' in this field if you want to print the DELINS messages for all the company/warehouse locations.
BY COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Optional. Enter 'X' in this field if you want to specify the company/warehouse for which you want the DELINS messages to be printed.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Required if the selection is "BY CO/WHS". Enter the company/warehouse for which you want the DELINS messages to be printed. It must be a valid company/warehouse that exists on the Warehouse Description File (IC170M).
BEGINNING DATE
Optional. If not entered, today's date defaults to the Beginning Date field and only the DELINS messages that have not already been printed are printed. Otherwise, all DELINS messages beyond this date are printed.
FILE REORGANIZATION
Required. Must be a 'Y' or 'N'. Enter 'Y' if you want to reorganize the DELINS Messages File. The reorganization can only be processed if all the messages have been printed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data. If valid, the detail screen is displayed.
F2 - Displays a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation without updates and displays the application menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Allows you to review reports requested.
F16 - Allows you to enter a new output queue to receive your report.
