The Consolidation Point Inquiry Detail Screen (GA880S02) allows you to inquire upon the detail information associated with a consolidation point.
CONSOLIDATION POINT NUMBER
Display only. Displays the consolidation point number you entered on the Function Select screen. This is the consolidation point whose detail information you are inquiring upon.
CONSOLIDATION POINT NAME
Display only. Displays the name of the consolidation point you are inquiring upon.
CONSOLIDATION POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the address of this consolidation point. The address is displayed in free-form format or US format depending on the option chosen on Reference File category 133.
CITY
Display only. The city where the consolidation point is located. This field is displayed only if US address format is used.
STATE CODE
Display only. The state where the consolidation point is located. This field is displayed only if US address format is used.
ZIP CODE
Display only. The postal zip code in the mailing address for the consolidation point. This field is displayed only if US address format is used.
COUNTRY
Display only. The country where the consolidation point is located. Country codes are defined on Reference File category 007.
DOCK
Display only. Displays the specific dock (if any) specified to receive deliveries at this consolidation point.
CONTACT
Display only. Displays the name of the person to contact at this consolidation point.
TELEPHONE
Display only. Indicates the telephone number for this delivery point.
EXTENSION
Display only. The telephone extension where the contact can be reached.
TELEX
Display only. The number where telexes can be send to the delivery point.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Displays the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation without update and displays the application menu.
F9 - Exits this conversation and calls the Groupage Point Maintenance conversation. Accessing the maintenance conversation allows you to change groupage point information. F9=Maintenance is not displayed if you entered this conversation via F9=Inquiry.
F10 - Returns to the Groupage Point Inquiry Select screen.
