Purpose
The Shipping Proposals, Ship Lists, and Label Files Purge Report lists all records purged from the database. Records are purged from the following files:
· Picker Header (GA230M1)
· Picker Line (GA230M2)
· Shipping List Header (GA145M1)
· Shipping List Line (GA145M2)
· Comments (GA145M3)
· Label Master (GA160M)
The report is produced automatically as part of the purge/reorganization process. File reorganizations are requested from the System Processing Menu. For more information, refer to the Control Language section of the Technical Support Program Documentation manual.
