Each rejected message is associated with a status displayed on the error message list screen. The different statuses are as follows:
FLT: (Fault) Pending Message, the message is wrong. It will be reprocessed during the next automatic acquisition process.
MOD: (Modified) The message was modified and will be processed again during the next batch. During each modification, the version number is updated (date/time).
RDY: (Ready): Success Pending Simulation. The message has undergone a successful acquisition simulation and will be reprocessed.
HLD: (Hold): Held Message. The message, modified or not, was held by the user (function key F21 "Hold/Release"). It will not be processed again, and will remain held until released.
SUP: (Suppressed): Pending to be deleted. This status is obtained by pressing the function key F22 "Activate/Deactivate". The message will be deleted during the next daily batch. In the meantime, you can retrieve it and reactivate it F22.
During the next acquisition process:
The messages with the status of FLT, MOD, and RDY will be taken into account. If the acquisition is successful, they will not be displayed in the error messages. If they are incorrect, they will remain in error and messages of FLT will have a new version number (Processing date/time).
The messages with a SUP status will be deleted during the batch.
The messages with a HLD status are ignored, and will remain held.
When a message is very long, you can accept part of it. A parameter on Reference File category G26 will allow you to accept partial DELINS, it only rejects the incorrect parts of the message (item/delivery point relationships with an error). If partial acquisition is authorized, you can not simulate acquisition.
