DSP01 TRANSACTION REVIEW REFERENCE NUMBER ENTRY

his screen is used to review Sales Analysis report request transactions. The user specifies a reference number on this screen (default value is user profile name). The transactions previously entered with that reference number are displayed on the detail screen. A reference number is used to identify a series of report requests transactions. The reference number appears in the upper left-hand corner of each system screen. The user can also delete any displayed transaction by pressing the appropriate command key.
REFERENCE NUMBER
Optional. Identifies a group of transactions. This is a user-defined field. The values can be alphanumeric or numeric. When this field is left blank the default value is the user profile name.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F9 - Entry mode
