This screen displays detailed sales information based on the list sequence and other values entered on the Function Select screen.
The top of this screen displays the selection criteria entered on the Function Select screen. The bottom displays sales information in list sequence for entities that match the selection criteria. For each entity, the first detail line identifies the list sequence and displays current period and year-to-date amounts. The second detail line identifies the selection option and displays the last year period amount and the percent difference. A third detail line, if needed, identifies the other selection option.
For example, if part number is the list sequence and the only selection criteria entered is a part number. The bottom of the Detail Select screen will list sales information for each bill-to/ship-to customer who has purchased the part.
You can view returns information for the listed entities by pressing F14 - Returns.
To select sales information by period for a specific entity, type an 'X' in the Select field for the combination and press F5 - Detail. To select sales performance information for a specific entity, type an 'X' in the Select field for the combination and press F8 - Performance.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. Identifies the company/location for the sales information displayed.
CURRENCY
Display only. Identifies the base currency of the company/location.
PART NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the part number, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
PRODUCT CLASS
Display only. Identifies the product class, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. Identifies the bill-to customer, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
PRODUCT SUBCLASS
Display only. Identifies the product subclass, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. Identifies the ship-to customer, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
SALES TERRITORY
Display only. Identifies the sales territory, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
CORPORATE CUSTOMER
Display only. Identifies the corporate customer, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
CUSTOMER CLASS
Display only. Identifies the customer class, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
CUSTOMER TYPE
Display only. Identifies the customer type, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
SALESPERSON
Display only. Identifies the salesperson, if any, entered on the Function Select screen.
PERIOD
Display only. Identifies the period entered on the Function Select screen.
SELECT
Optional. To view sales information by period for a specific entity, type an 'X' in this field and press F5 - Detail. To view period sales performance information for an entity, type an 'X' in this field and press F8 - Performance.
PART NUMBER
Display only. If part number is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence. If part number is a selection option, identifies the selection option.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If bill-to customer is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence. If bill-to customer is a selection option, identifies the selection option.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If ship-to customer is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence. If ship-to customer is a selection option, identifies the selection option.
CUSTOMER CLASS
Display only. If customer class is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
PRODUCT CLASS
Display only. If product class is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
PRODUCT SUBCLASS
Display only. If product subclass is a selection option, identifies the selection option.
SALES TERRITORY
Display only. If sales territory is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
SALESPERSON
Display only. If salesperson is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
DESCRIPTION\NAME
Display only. This field displays the description of the list sequence and/or selection option.
CURRENT PERIOD SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the period sales (or returns) amount for the list sequence/selection option combination.
YEAR-TO-DATE SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the total amount of sales (or returns) for the list sequence/selection option combination to date for the current year.
LAST YEAR PERIOD SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the same period last year sales (or returns) amount for the list sequence/selection option combination.
PERCENT DIFFERENCE
Display only. Shows the percentage difference between current period sales (or returns) and the same period last year for the list sequence/selection option combination.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F5 - Display the Detail screen.
F8 - Display the Performance screen.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
F14 - Allows you to toggle between sales and returns information. When reviewing returns information, F14 will transfer back to sales information.
