This screen displays sales information by period for the entity selected on the Detail Select screen or the list sequence selected on the Summary Select screen. The screen is used to select a period for which sales performance information will be displayed.
You can view returns information for the periods by pressing F14 - Returns.
To select sales performance information for a specific period, type an 'X' in the Select field for the period and press F8 - Performance.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. Identifies the company/location for the sales information displayed.
CURRENCY
Display only. Identifies the base currency of the company/location.
PART NUMBER
Display only. If part number is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If bill-to customer is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If ship-to customer is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
CUSTOMER CLASS
Display only. If customer class is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
PRODUCT CLASS
Display only. If product class is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
SALES TERRITORY
Display only. If sales territory is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
SALESPERSON
Display only. If salesperson is the list sequence, identifies the list sequence.
PART NUMBER
Display only. If part number is a selection option, identifies a selection option.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If bill-to customer is a selection option, identifies a selection option.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. If ship-to customer is a selection option, identifies a selection option.
PRODUCT SUBCLASS
Display only. If product subclass is a selection option, identifies a selection option.

SELECT
Optional. To view sales performance information for a specific period, type an 'X' in the Select field for that period and press F8.
CURRENT PERIOD SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the sales (or returns) amount for the current period indicated.
LAST YEAR PERIOD SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the sales (or returns) amount for the same period last year as the current period indicated.
PERCENT DIFFERENCE
Display only. Shows the percentage difference between current period sales (or returns) and the same period last year.
TOTAL CURRENT YEAR SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the total sales (or returns) of all the periods in the current year.
TOTAL LAST YEAR SALES/RETURNS
Display only. Shows the total sales (or returns) of all the periods for the previous year.
TOTAL PERCENTAGE DIFFERENCE
Display only. Shows the percentage difference between current year sales (or returns) and the previous year sales.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the summary select or detail select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F8 - Display the Performance screen.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
F14 - Allows you to toggle between sales and returns information. When reviewing returns information, F14 will transfer back to sales information.
