The Function Select screen is used to select sales performance information to be displayed. You can define a display of sales performance information by entering values in four screen areas:
List Sequence
Information Level and Type
Selection Criteria
Amount Selection Criteria
To determine the sales information displayed, enter a value in the List Sequence field. For instance, if you want to list sales information by part number, enter '1'. Associated with each list sequence are secondary selection options, which can be used to define a more detailed display. Each list sequence is shown below with available selection options in parentheses:
Part Number (Bill-to Customer and/or Ship-to Customer)
Bill-to Customer (Part Number)
Ship-to Customer (Part Number)
Customer Class (Part Number)
Product Class (Product Subclass and/or Part Number)
Sales Territory (Part Number)
Salesperson (Part Number)
To determine the level at which information is displayed and the type of information displayed, enter values in the Detail/Summary field and the Financial/Gross Margin/Statistical field.
To define a more narrow display of the sales information, enter values in the selection criteria and amount selection areas. Fields in the selection criteria area allow you to specify particular entities for the list sequence and selection options and to select other entities that further define the display. For instance, if you want to see sales information for a particular part, enter a part number.
Amount Selection fields allow you to only display information that is above or below a specified amount within a particular period. For example, if you want to see only sales information for amounts over $10,000, enter that amount.
