Used to select parameters for sales statistics post processing.  The user may select a trail or demand post and request month-end reports.

The Sales Analysis Inquiry Program (SA810E) is loaded.

The detail screen (SA810S01) is displayed.

Used to display financial, statistical, or gross margin sales statistics by company/location, product class, customer class, or salesperson.

The select screen (SA800S01) is displayed.

Used to select sales performance information to be displayed.

Sales Forecast Maintenance

The Sales Forecast Maintenance Program (SA110E) is loaded.

The select screen (SA110S01) is displayed.

Used to add, change, or delete sales forecasts.  Sales forecasts can be added for a location, a customer class, a product class, a salesperson, and a part.

Used to display sales forecast information for three years.

Sales Forecast Summary Report

The request screen (SA310S04) is displayed.

Used to request the Sales, Backlog, Forecast Summary Report and the Sales vs. Forecast Report  Financial or statistical data may be requested.

Release Submitted Jobs

The Submit Pending Jobs Program (CF070E) is loaded.

The module screen (CF070S02) is displayed.

Used to submit batch jobs (such as report requests) for processing.  The jobs must have already been requested through other menu options.  All pending jobs for the module are displayed and can be selected for submission.

Work with Submitted Jobs

SAWRKSBMJOB

The WRKSBMJOB command is submitted for the user's sign-on ID.

Used to determine the status of batch jobs after they have been submitted from processing.  The job can be routed to a different job queue or printer queue, it can be deleted from the system (if it has not run yet), or any spooled files can be viewed.

Transaction Review

The Sales Analysis Transaction Review Program (SA300E) is loaded.

The reference number entry screen (SA300S01) is displayed.

Used to view requests for batch jobs that have not yet been submitted.  Requests are displayed for the specified user ID (reference number).  As each request is displayed, it can be deleted.  No other changes are allowed to the requests.

The Error File Inquiry screen (DE960S01) is displayed.

Used to view a specific error number and the associated error message.
