Displaying Detailed Sales Information

 

The Sales Performance Inquiry conversation allows you to create multiple screen displays of current and past sales information in summary or detail format.  If you choose summary format, sales information is displayed based on one of the list sequences that you select:

·     Part number

·     Bill-to customer

·     Ship-to customer

·     Customer class

·     Product class

·     Sales territory

·     Sales person

If a detailed format is chosen, sales information is subdivided by secondary selection options within the list sequence.  You can also further define, or narrow, the sales information displayed by entering selection criteria and a threshold amount, which limit the number of records displayed.

Sales information includes data for current period, last year period, this year/last year percentage difference, and year-to-date totals.  You also have the option to switch between sales and returns data. 

A performance summary screen displays both sales and returns information (financial, gross margin, and statistics data) for a selected period.
