This screen shows all planned requisitions for the criteria entered on the Function Select screen. The requisitions shown here may be released by changing the status of the requisition from planned (P) to released (R). By doing this, the requisition will not be deleted if requirements planning is re-run.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Identifies the Company/Warehouse currently being used.
PLANNER CODE
Display only. This is the planner code that was entered on the Function Select screen. All requisitions on the screen belong to this planner. If this field is blank, then all requisitions are displayed regardless of their planner.
HORIZON DATE
Display only. This is the horizon date that was entered on the Function Select screen. It represents a cut off date for the requisitions displayed on the screen.
BUYER CODE
Display only. This is the buyer code that was entered on the Function Select screen. If this field is not blank then all requisitions displayed on the screen belong to this buyer.

Help text for several fields on this screen is displayed together because these field locations change depending on the mode of the screen. To find help for a specific field, scroll through the help text that follows.
REQUISITION NUMBER/LINE
Display only. This field shows the requisition number and associated line number. The corresponding Job Number can be seen by pressing F6-Fold/Truncate.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. This field displays the job number associated with the requisition. This field is only displayed if you press F6-Fold/Truncate.
PLANNER CODE
Display only. This is the planner code associated with the requisition.
BUYER CODE
Display only. This is the buyer code for the requisition.
DUE DATE
Display only. This is the due date for the requisition as calculated by requirements planning.
REQUESTING DEPARTMENT
Display only. This is the department number for the requisition.
PRIORITY CODE
Display only. This is the default priority code.
PART NUMBER
Display only. This is the requisitioned part number as determined by requirements planning. The part description can be seen by pressing F6-Fold/truncate.
QUANTITY REQUIRED
Display only. This is the required quantity for the requisition as determined by requirements planning.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This is the unit of measure for the requisitioned part.
LINE STATUS
Optional. This field displays the current line status. Initially all requisitions shown will have a line status of 'P' or planned. Placing a 'R' in the Line Status field will release the requisition. The line status can only be changed to 'R'.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit and return to the menu.
F6 - Display a second line of information for each record. When the second line is displayed, pressing F6 again will remove it.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
