This screen is used to request an update of the purchasing history and statistics files. All periods between the last period posted and the period entered on this screen will be updated.
CALENDAR PERIOD
Protected. Used to request the purchasing statistics update processing. All periods between the Last Period Posted on the Purchasing Statistics Periods Posted record on Reference File category 488 and the entered period will be updated. Must be a number between 1 and 13 (if a thirteen-period calendar is in use) or between 1 and 12 (if a twelve-period calendar is in use). The value is entered during installation of the system and is then maintained automatically after statistics are posted.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing request.
