This screen displays comments related to the specified quotation. It is called from the Quotation Inquiry Detail screen. All fields on this screen are for display only.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Identifies the Company/Warehouse currently being used.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The part number (from the Part Master File) associated with this quotation comment. The description is also displayed.
VENDOR NUMBER
Display only. The Vendor associated with the quotation comment. The vendor description is also displayed.
QUOTATION NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the quotation number associated with the comment. The quotation description is also displayed.
PRINT CODE
Display only. Identifies the Purchasing documents on which the comment will be printed. Print options are defined on Reference File category 494.
COMMENT TEXT
Display only. The comment text associated with the PO quotation currently being displayed. Comment text may print on reports depending on its assigned print code.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F3 - Exit program without processing request.
F8 - Returns to the Quotation by Relationship List screen (PO850S02).
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen from a detail screen.
