This screen allows you to create or modify consolidated bill of lading information, to assign a freight class to the packages contained on the bill of lading, and to review the package quantity and weight/volume totals. This screen can also be used to modify bill of lading information for a single bill of lading if a bill of lading number was entered on the Prompt screen.
The bill of lading number will be system generated, based on Reference File category D91. This reference file assigns the next available BOL number based on the sourcing company/warehouse. This assignment is done when you press F22-End Transaction for a valid BOL create request.
At least one bill of lading detail line must be entered to create a bill of lading.
