This screen displays all the parts and serial numbers that are shipped to or returned by the specified ship-to customer. It can be called from the Function Select screen (OP910S01) if only the Serial Number is entered.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. This field indicates the ship-to customer whose transactions are displayed. It is only displayed if a ship-to customer was entered on the Function Select screen.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. This is the ship-to customer's company/location.
SERIAL NUMBER
Display only. This is the serial number of the part that was shipped to or returned by the ship-to customer.
SELECT
Optional. Enter an 'X' in this field to select the part/serial number combinations whose history you wish to view. Several combinations can be selected at once.
PART NUMBER
Display only. This is the part number associated with the displayed serial number. It has been shipped to or returned by the ship-to customer.
TRANSACTION TYPE
Display only. This is the latest transaction type for the ship-to customer/part/serial number combination. Valid Values are shipment (SHIP) or return (RET).
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. This is the date the displayed transaction occurred.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. This is the company/warehouse where the displayed transaction occurred.
DOCUMENT TYPE
Display only. This is the type of open item that was entered for this part. Valid values are:
CA - Cash Sale
DC - Debit/Credit Memo
IN - Invoice
RA - RMA
SO - Sales Order
DOCUMENT NUMBER
Display only. This is the identification number that appears on the open items associated with the part.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. A number that uniquely identifies this transaction's position on the open item.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the selected fields or if no fields are selected return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
