This screen is used to identify the initial information for your inquiry. The following screens can be displayed depending on the information you enter.
Customer Part List (OP910S02) - Enter Ship-to Customer
Serial Number List (OP910S03) - Enter Part Number
Customer List screen (OP910S04) - Enter both the Customer and Part Number
Part/Customer Detail (OP910S05) - Enter Serial Number/Part/Ship-to Customer
Customer Part List (OP910S06) - Enter Serial Number
SERIAL NUMBER
Optional. This is the serial number whose transactions should be displayed. If you enter only a serial number, the Part List screen (OP910S06) will be displayed. If you enter a serial number and a part number, the combination must be valid on the Serial Number History File (OP112AP).
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Optional. This is the ship-to customer whose serial number transactions should be displayed. It must be a valid customer from the Customer Master File (APCUSTP).
COMPANY/LOCATION
Optional. This is the ship-to customer's company/location.
PART NUMBER
Optional. This is the part whose serial number transactions should be displayed. It must be a valid serial-controlled part from the Part Master File (DE100M). If the Ship-to Customer is not entered, the Part Number must be entered.
CUTOFF DATE
Optional. The cutoff date determines the records that will be loaded on the serial number history screen. The last transaction record, however, will be displayed regardless of the cutoff date. If the cutoff date is entered, all serial number transactions occurring on or after that date will be displayed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the screen information.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
