The single-line screen provides for the entry of both configured and non-configured parts.
To add a line to the order, enter an 'A' in the Line Status field. A blank quote order line is displayed for the entry of the new information. You are initially taken into the screen in add mode.
To update an existing line, type the line number of line in the Line Number field, and a 'U' in the Line Status field. The full quote order line is displayed and the information may be updated.
To change only the configured option of a line, enter the line number in the Line Number field and an 'O' in the Line Status field. The line options are displayed for review. Note, however, that reviewing is treated as an update even if the options are left unchanged.
The part number and the order quantity are the only required entries for each order line.
