This screen allows you to enter selection criteria in order to view price list detail information.
LIST SEQUENCE
Required. Indicates how you would like to have your price list inquiry sorted. Valid values are:
1 - In part number sequence
2 - In price list sequence
3 - View a selected price list
PRICE LIST
Optional. Identifies the price list you are wish to view.
CURRENCY
Optional. Indicates the currency associated with this price list. This field is only displayed in multi-currency environments.
PART NUMBER
Optional. Indicates the part number associated with the price list. If entered, the part must be active on the Part Master File.
AS OF DATE
Required. Indicates the horizon date that used as selection criteria to limit the price list lines that display. The detail screen only displays price list lines that are effective on or after the specified date. This feature is useful if you have a part which is listed multiple times on the price list each with a different base price and effectivity date or if you maintain the same price list for multiple years, but only want to display and maintain the current year's data.
FUTURE PRICES
Required. Indicates whether or not you wish to include price lists with validity dates that are valid from the as of date forward. The default value is Y (yes, include future dates).
PRICE BREAK FLAG
Required. Indicates whether or not price breaks there are price breaks associated with this line. This field defaults to Y.
HEADER STATUS
Optional. Indicates the status of the entire price list. Possible values are active and inactive. When entered, the price list's status automatically defaults to active. If you deactivate the price list, this field will display inactive.
LINE STATUS
Optional. Indicates the status of the part/price line. If a line is inactive, it will be displayed in reverse image. Valid values are defined on Reference File category G70. As lines are added to the price list, they automatically have a status of active.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process data entered on the screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or a mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Price List Maintenance program.
F15 - Clear all fields that you have just entered in order to enter new data.
F19 - Display the Template Code List window.
F20 - Enter the Pricing/Discount Template Relationship Maintenance program.
