This screen shows the available quantity, broken down by lots, for the item number specified on the Function Select screen. It also displays QC specifications for the part with the corresponding values for each of the lots. In addition, if a bill-to or a ship-to customer was specified on the Function Select screen, the values for the first three QC specs are shown as listed for the ship-to or bill-to customer.
COMPANY
Display only. The company where the displayed quantities and lots are located.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. The warehouse where the displayed quantities and lots are located.
PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. Shows the item number as entered on the Function Select screen or as selected from the item search list, along with the corresponding description for this item number.
ON HAND QUANTITY
Display only. Shows the amount of the item that is actually in the specified company/warehouse at the time of the inquiry. On-Hand quantity refers to the amount available for distribution in a warehouse, not necessarily the On-Hand Balance Type.
RESERVE QUANTITY
Display only. Shows the amount of the item that is reserved for existing unshipped orders.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. Shows the units that are used in figuring the on-hand and the reserved quantities.
CUSTOMER NUMBER/CUSTOMER NAME
Display only. The bill-to or ship-to customer specified on the Function Select screen. The first three quality control specifications are displayed for the customer/item.
CUSTOMER QUALITY CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS
Display only. Shows the first three QC specifications with their corresponding values as listed for the bill-to/ship-to customer combination. If you did not specify a bill-to and ship-to customer on the Function Select screen, these fields will be blank.
COMMENTS
Display only. Displays any additional comments about the relationship between the item and the bill-to/ship-to customer combination. This field is displayed only if a bill-to customer and a ship-to customer were specified on the Function Select screen.
SELECT
Optional. Used to select a particular lot in order to see a full listing of the QC specs for that lot. The only valid value for this field is an 'X'. After selecting the lot the user can see the QC specs for that lot by pressing F14.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. Shows the number by which each lot of the specified item is identified. If the lot is on hold, a warning message is displayed and the lot is displayed in reverse image. No inventory may be issued from or received into a lot that is on hold.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The physical location where the inventory can be found.
AVAILABLE QUANTITY
Display only. Shows the number of unreserved units of the item that are left in each lot.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Displays the balance type in which the lot quantity is held.
QC SPECIFICATIONS
Display only. Shows the first three QC specs for the item along with the corresponding values for each of the lots.
LOT COMMENT
Display only. Displays any additional information about the particular lot.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit the program and return to the menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F15 - Clear any field values entered since the last time the data was saved.
F18 - Used to toggle between the Lot Comment and the Configuration Code fields.
F23 - Display the Expanded Configuration Code window which allows you to view the expanded description for a part/configuration code combination.
F24 - Display additional command keys that are valid for the current screen.
