This screen is used to select an item within a warehouse in order to review the available quantities for each lot. If you enter a customer number on this screen, the customer's specifications for the item will appear on the detail screen, and the corresponding spec values will be shown for each lot.
COMPANY
Required. Used to define the selling company for the availability inquiry. The company must have an associated company description.
WAREHOUSE
Required. Used to define the selling warehouse for the availability inquiry. The warehouse must have an associated warehouse description.
ITEM NUMBER
Required. The item number identifies the part for which the lot availability inquiry will be performed. The item number must have a part description associated with it and it must be a lot assigned part. This field must be blank if the part search argument field is filled.
CUSTOMER NUMBER
Optional. The detail screen will display the QC specs for the customer. The customer will be validated using Reference File category I74 to determine whether it is a bill-to or ship-to customer.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Optional or blank, depending on the currency level. The company and location associated with the customer. When currencies are defined at the company or company/location level, customer numbers are also defined at that level. Consequently, each customer number is associated with a single company or company/location. In this situation, you must specify the company and/or company/location as part of the customer number.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the detail screen for the indicated item and warehouse.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit the program and return to the menu.
F4 - Used to list valid values for field prompted.
F15 - Clear all field values entered since the data was last saved.
