This window displays all picker lines for a selected order shipment. Detailed information for each picker line is displayed including the status.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. These fields specify the sourcing company/warehouse for the order shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment. An order shipment is a group of sales order lines that have the same sourcing warehouse, promised ship date, carrier, route, and ship via and that are within the ship via's volume and weight capacities.
ORDER SHIPMENT STATUS
Display only. This field identifies the order shipment status for the shipment. Valid values on Reference File category G96 are:
O - Open
R - Ready for release
C - Confirmed
X - Partially shipped
S - Shipped
K - Canceled
SHIP DATE
Display only. This field displays the shipment date for the line being shipped. If the line is not yet shipped, this field displays the scheduled ship date; otherwise, the actual ship date is shown.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. This field indicates the company/location for the Ship-to Customer.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER
Display only. This field specifies the ship-to customer receiving the shipment.
SHIP REASON CODE
Display only. This field indicates the reason code used to specify a reason why an order is being shipped. This code will be defaulted from the Order Shipment Master File. It must be a valid ship reason code that was defined on Reference File category M11.
BOL NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies a bill of lading to which the order shipment is assigned.
PICKER BATCH NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the number of the batch job for the picker that includes the order shipment.
SHIPMENT ROUTE
Display only. This field specifies the route used to deliver the order shipment.
PRO NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the pro number assigned by the carrier to track the shipment.
SHIP VIA
Display only. This field identifies the shipping method for the order shipment.
CARRIER
Display only. This field specifies the carrier used to deliver the shipment.
PICKER LINE NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the picker line and corresponds to the sales order line number assigned to the shipment.
PICKER STATUS
Display only. This field indicates the status of the picker line. Valid values on Reference File category G96 are:
O - Open
R - Ready for release
C - Confirmed
X - Partially shipped
S - Shipped
K - Canceled
PART NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the part number of the picker line.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. This field defines the quantity requested for the part.
ORDER UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This field defines the unit of measure associated with the order quantity.
STATUS QUANTITY
Display only. This field displays a quantity based on the quantity type related to the Pick Status. The following quantities may be displayed:
Reserved quantity - if the Picker Line Status is R, O, or K.
Actual shipped quantity - if the Picker Line Status is S.
Picked quantity - if the Picker Line Status is C or X.
LOAD NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the load to which the picker line is assigned.
PREVIOUS SHIPMENT NUMBER
Display only. This field specifies the previous order shipment, if any, to which a sales order line was assigned.
PICKER PRINT DATE
Display only. This field indicates the date on which the picker was last printed.
NUMBER OF PICKERS PRINTED
Display only. This field specifies the number of pickers printed for the picker line.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit the window.
