This window is used to select a load to add, modify, reactivate, or deactivate on the Load Master File for the company/warehouse displayed.
To add or modify a load definition, enter a load number and press Enter or enter a valid action code. To reactivate or deactivate a load, press the appropriate command key and press Enter on the Detail Information Window.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. This field identifies the company/warehouse combination from which the load will be shipped.
LOAD NUMBER
Required. This field is a unique number that identifies a load to which order shipments are assigned. If you are reactivating or deactivating a load, the load must exist on the Load Master File.
ACTION CODE
Optional. This field determines the type of information that is displayed when you add or maintain a load. Valid values defined on Reference File category 032 are:
DF - Default Window
DT - Detail Information
UD - User-Defined Information
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - process the entered information.
F3 - Exit the program.
F4 - Displays a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F13 - Deactivate the existing load on the Load Master File.
F14 - Activate the deactivated load on the Load Master File.
