The detail screen by product provides a range of prices for any valid part or group of products entered on the Function Select screen. Up to ten price records can be displayed on each screen if rebate information is not requested.
EFFECTIVITY DATE
Display only. This field is displayed only if the Horizon Date field was entered on the Function Select screen. If displayed, it indicates the horizon effectivity date that determines whether a quote is still in effect or not.
PRODUCT CLASS or PART NUMBER
Display only. This field is used to define the group of products or the individual item for which the price information applies. This line will display either the product class or the part number, depending on which was entered on the function select screen.
CORPORATE NUMBER
Display only. This field is used to define the corporate entity to which the price information listed applies. Either the corporate number or the bill-to and ship-to customers will be identified.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER
Display only. This field is used to identify the bill-to customer to which the listed price information applies. Either the corporate number or the bill-to and ship-to customers will be identified.
DISCOUNT PERCENTAGE
Display only. This field is used to define the amount of discount that a customer is to receive on a part number or product class listed. Either a discount or amount will be listed, but not both.
UNIT PRICE
Display only. This field is used to define the unit price of the part listed for the customer.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. This field is used to define the unit of measure associated with a particular part.
EXPECTED NET SALES
Display only. This field is used to define the net sales expected for a part number or product class listed.
EFFECTIVITY DATE
Display only. This field is used to define the date on which the price information listed becomes effective. If the Horizon Date field was entered on the Function Select screen, the effectivity date will be highlighted for any records which have not yet come into effect for the specified horizon date.
EXPIRATION DATE
Display only. This field is used to define the date on which the price information listed expires. If the Horizon Date field was entered on the Function Select screen, the expiration date will be highlighted for any records which have already gone out of effect for this horizon date.
CONTRACT NUMBER
Display only. This field is used to define the contract number assigned to a specific rebate entry. The Contract Number field is blank if the Rebate Flag is no.
SHIP-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER
Display only. This field is used to identify the ship-to customer to which the listed price information applies. Either the corporate number or the bill-to and ship-to customers will be identified.
REBATE FLAG
Display only. The Rebate Flag specifies whether any rebate information exists for the customer for the Product Class or Part Number listed.
REBATE AMOUNT
Display only. This field is used to define the amount of rebate on a particular product class or part. If a rebate exists, then either a Rebate Amount or Rebate Discount will be displayed to indicate the amount to be rebated to the purchaser.
REBATE PLAN
Display only. This field is used to define the plan under which the particular rebate falls.
REBATE DISCOUNT
Display only. This field is used to define the discounts percentage given as a rebate on a particular part or product class. When a rebate exists, either a discount or amount is given.
DEVIATED COST
Display only. This field is used to define the difference between the price of a part or product class and the reduction in price resulting from the rebate.
PRICE INCREASE LEAD TIME
Display only. This field is used to define the number of days before a price increase takes place for a specific part or product class.
PRICE TYPE
Display only. This field is used to define how the price is calculated.
PRICE LEVEL
Display only. This field is used to define which level the price information listed is from. Valid price levels are corporate (CL), customer bill-to (BL) and customer ship-to (SL). Prices which are listed as ship-to are the most specific, accurate prices. Prices at the corporate level are least specific.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F6 - Allows the rebate information to be displayed or removed from the screen.
F9 - Enter the Contract Price Maintenance program.
