This screen is used to enter the components of the bundle.
COMPANY
Display only. The company that is selling the bundle.
CURRENCY
Display only. The bookkeeping currency for the company/warehouse. All prices should be entered using this currency.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. The warehouse that is selling the bundle.
BUNDLE NUMBER
Display only. The part number that is used to identify the bundle throughout the system.
BUNDLE DESCRIPTION
Display only. Text that describes the bundle. It is used on screens and reports to help identify the bundle. It is maintained on the header screen.
BUNDLE START DATE
Display only. The first day on which the bundle is effective. The bundle item cannot be sold before this date.
BUNDLE END DATE
Display only. The last day on which the bundle is effective. The bundle item cannot be sold after this date.
BUNDLE TOTAL
Display only. The total price of all items contained in the bundle.
PART NUMBER
Required. The part number for the item that is included in the bundle. It must exist on the Part Master File.
START DATE
Optional. This is the date from which a component is effective for this bundle. If left blank the bundle start date will default into this field. If the component is an "A" relation, then the start date must equal the bundle start date.
END DATE
Optional. This is the date after which the component is no longer effective for the Bundle. If left blank, the bundle end date will default into this field. If the component is an "A" relation, then the date must equal the bundle end date.
RELATIONSHIP
Required. Identifies how important this component is within the bundle. Valid values are:
A - The most important component of the bundle.
B - The second most important component of the bundle.
Z - The least important component of the bundle.
QUANTITY
Required. The quantity of the component that is included in the bundle.
QUM
Optional. This is the quantity unit of measure. It must be a valid unit of measure on Reference File category 005. If the field is left blank, the Selling Unit of Measure for the Part is defaulted.
BUNDLE PRICE
Required. The unit price for this component of the bundle. This price is multiplied by the quantity to determine the total, extended price for this bundle line. This price should be expressed in the pricing unit of measure.
PUM
Optional. The pricing unit of measure. It is used to interpret the unit price for the item. It must be a valid unit of measure on Reference File category 005. If left blank, the pricing unit of measure for the part will be defaulted. If the pricing unit of measure is different than the quantity unit of measure, the component quantity is converted into pricing units and then multiplied by the unit price to give the extended price.
EXTENDED PRICE
Optional. The total price for this line of the bundle. If you leave this field blank, the system will calculate the extended price from the quantity and unit price. (If the quantity and pricing units of measure are different, the quantity is converted before it is multiplied by the unit price.) If you enter this field, the system will perform the reverse calculation to determine the price per unit.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate the screen.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Used to list valid values for fields prompted.
F7 - Display the header screen.
F10 - Display the Function Select screen.
F22 - End the transaction and update the bundle.
