Identifying Orders on Hold
Identifying Orders on Hold
There are two ways that orders can be placed on hold. They can be placed on hold manually by the system operator or they can be placed on hold automatically as a result of system validation processing.
To identify when an order has been put on hold, use the sales order maintenance/inquiry or quote order maintenance/inquiry conversations. The Hold Code field on these screens indicates whether the order is on hold and if so, why.
