This screen is used to view all manufacturing orders associated with the job number entered on the Function Select screen.
For more information about one of these orders, return to the Function Select screen, enter the manufacturing order number, and specify request code 2. Except for the job description and job status, the information displayed on the screen is maintained within the Inventory Control module. All fields on this screen are display only.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. The job number entered on the Function Select screen. Manufacturing orders for this job are displayed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the job as it appears on the Job Master File.
JOB STATUS CODE
Display only. The status of the job. Valid values include O (open), C (closed), and Z (costing closed). Additional codes may be defined on Reference File category D48.
CUSTOMER
Display only. The number and name of the bill-to customer for the sales orders that are being filled through the listed manufacturing activity.
COMPANY
Display only. The company on the general ledger where the customer is defined.
LOCATION
Display only. The location on the general ledger where the customer is defined.
SELECTION
Optional. Type an 'X' in this field and press Enter to display the Manufacturing Order Status by Job - Select screen (JC820S01). Type an 'X' and press F12 to display the Common Master Maintenance Program (CF190E) to add comments for the manufacturing order.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The manufacturing order numbers associated with the job.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. Indicates if the order is planned (P), firm (F), open (O), closed (C), or accounting closed (Z).
ORDER TYPE
Display only. Indicates whether the order is for an original effort (M) or rework (R).
ORDER DATE
Display only. The date when the manufacturing order was created.
START DATE
Display only. The date on which work for the order is scheduled to start.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. The number of units to be produced (expressed in the stockkeeping unit of measure).
QUANTITY RECEIVED
Display only. The number of units that have been completed and received into inventory (expressed in the stockkeeping unit of measure).
BALANCE DUE
Display only. The number of units ordered less those not yet received into inventory.
DATE LAST RECEIPT
Display only. The date on which the most recent receipt for this manufacturing order was recorded into inventory.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The item being manufactured.
PLANT
Display only. The plant associated with the manufacturing order.
DUE DATE
Display only. The last date when finished items are scheduled to be received into inventory for this order.
SHOP PAPERWORK
Display only. Indicates what reports (shop paperwork) are printed when the order is opened. Possible values are P (pick list only), M (manufacturing order only), B (both pick list and manufacturing order), and N (neither pick list nor manufacturing order).
ANALYST CODE
Display only. The analyst in the production control department who is responsible for the item. Analyst codes are defined on Reference File category 235.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This is the configuration code assigned to the specified part you are maintaining.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu. If this screen was accessed from another conversation, pressing F3 will return you to that original conversation.
F12 - Calls the standard Comments Master Maintenance Program (CF190E) to add comments to the manufacturing order.
