This screen displays all stock locations within the requested company/warehouse for the job/group number and part number/configuration code that were entered on the Function Select screen.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. The company/warehouse whose inventory locations are listed.
JOB/GROUP NUMBER
Display only. The job number or job group number entered on the Function Select screen, if any.
JOB/GROUP DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the job or job group, if either was entered on the Function Select screen.
JOB STATUS CODE
Display only. Displayed only if a job number was specified on the Function Select screen. The status of the job. Possible values are:
O - Open
C - Closed
Z - Costing closed.
PART
Display only. The part number entered on the Function Select screen.
PART DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the part.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The stockkeeping unit of measure associated with the part. This unit of measure should be used to interpret the quantities displayed on this screen.
PRODUCTION TYPE
Display only. The type of production used for the part. Valid system values are 1 - MRP or 2 - JIT. Additional values are defined on Reference File category C01.
PART TYPE
Display only. Determines how the part is treated throughout the system. Codes for each part type are defined on Reference File category 405.
ON-HAND QUANTITY - MANUFACTURING
Display only. Total number of items currently held in the on-hand balance type for all displayed stock locations. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
OTHER AVAILABLE - MANUFACTURING
Display only. Total number of items currently held in all of the displayed stock locations for all balance types available for planning, excluding the on hand quantity. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
TOTAL BALANCE - DISTRIBUTION
Display only (for distribution warehouses). The sum of the inventory currently held in balances that are considered available for distribution. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
AVAILABLE QUANTITY - DISTRIBUTION
Display only. Displayed only for distribution warehouses. The sum of the inventory currently held in balances that are considered available for distribution. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Optional. Enter a configuration code which corresponds to the specified part number. For the combination to be valid, it must exist on the Configuration Code File (EC140M) and the part must be configuration costed.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. Number identifying this location within the company and warehouse. Stock locations are defined on the Warehouse Description File, which is maintained within Design Engineering.
LAST TRANSACTION
Display only. The date on which the last inventory transaction was recorded for this item, stock location, and balance type. If 00/00/00 is displayed, no transactions have been recorded.
BALANCE
Display only. Total quantity of the item currently held in this balance type at this location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
BALANCE TYPE
Display only. Determines if the inventory is considered on-hand, available for manufacturing, available for distribution, neither, or both. Four balance types are defined across the system on the Inventory Control record of the System Control File. Each location can have inventory in any or all of these balances. Inventory is received into, transferred between, and issued from balance types within the Inventory Control module.
TOTAL
Display only. Sum of inventory in all balance types at this stock location. If the part is potency controlled, you may display the quantity in either potent units or standard units by pressing F19.
JOB NUMBER/GROUP NUMBER
Display only. The job number or group number associated with the job-controlled items.
LOT NUMBER
Displayed only for lot-controlled items. This is the lot that is associated with the inventory. If the lot number is displayed in reverse image, it means that the lot is on hold. No inventory may be issued from or received into a lot that is on hold.
LOT FIFO DATE
Displayed only for lot-controlled items. Used to establish the age of the inventory so that the oldest lots are used first and obsolescence is minimized.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This is the configuration code assigned to the specified part you are maintaining.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without updates.
F19 - This key is displayed only if the part is lot controlled and potency controlled. It recalculates the quantities that appear in the inventory balance and total fields and displays them as potent units. Press F19 again to redisplay the quantities as standard (SKU) units.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template Window which allows you to view/modify the Configuration Code more easily.
