This screen is used to display the following for a requested company and warehouse:
1. All stock locations for a requested job and part. 2. All stock locations for a requested group and part. 3. All stock locations for a requested part, and whether the inventory in the locations is job, group, or common.
CO/WHS
Required. The company and warehouse whose stock locations will be displayed. These fields default to the company/warehouse defined for this workstation (on Reference File category 428). You can change these defaults by pressing F17 and entering the new codes. Company/warehouse combinations are defined on the Warehouse Description File, which is maintained in the Design Engineering module. You must be authorized to use the specified company/warehouse (on Reference File category 409).
JOB/GROUP NUMBER
Optional. Stock locations containing inventory allocated to this job or job group will be displayed. If this field is left blank, every location containing inventory for this part will be displayed. The job/group number entered must be either a valid job on the Job Master File or a valid group on Reference File category D47.
PART NUMBER
Required. Locations containing inventory balances of this item will be displayed. The other Job Control inquiries can be used to determine which parts are associated with a given job.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Optional. Enter a configuration code which corresponds to the specified part number. For the combination to be valid, it must exist on the Configuration Code File (EC140M) and the part must be configuration costed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process transaction.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without updates.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F17 - Allows a new company/warehouse to be entered.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template Window which allows you to view/modify the Configuration Code more easily.
