Purpose
The Job Master File Delete Report lists all records that were deleted from the Job Master (JC100M), Additional Charges (JA100M), and Planned Cost (JA110M) files during the Job Purge program. In order to be deleted, a job must have a status of Z (Costing Closed), and the Costing Close Date must precede the horizon date. The Job Purge program is run using the File Support Menu option on the MAC-PAC Processing Menu.
When a job is deleted from the Job Master File, the corresponding records are also deleted from the Job Comments File (JC105M), the Additional Job Charge File (JA100M), the Additional Charges Comments File (JA105M), the Labor Costs File (JA115M), and the Material Costs File (JA110M).
