Global Variable

A user-defined variable that acts as a temporary working storage field for multiple bills of rules.  This is different than a secondary variable, which is restricted to a single bill of rules.  The global variable is appropriately used in a multi-level configuration environment to share information among the various configured parts in a multi-level configured structure.
