DSP01 TRANSACTION REVIEW REFERENCE NUMBER ENTRY

Transaction Review is used to view batch transactions (such as report requests) that have been entered through the online EDI menu options but have not yet been submitted for off-line processing. Each request will be displayed in the same screen format that was used to enter the request. This conversation also allows you to delete the requests.
Transactions are grouped based on what user sign-on ID was used to request the transaction. This screen allows you to specify which group of transactions you want to review. You can only review transactions for one user ID at a time.
REFERENCE NUMBER
Optional. This field indicates the user sign-on ID that submitted the request. If you enter a sign-on ID, this program will display all transactions request associated with that user sign-on ID. If you leave this field blank, it will default to your current user ID.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the first transaction for the reference number.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
