Comment Processing

Comments from outbound purchase orders can be transferred to inbound sales orders.  These same comments can also be displayed on invoices.  This processing is especially useful when used in conjunction with remote sourcing because it facilitates communication between multiple locations via the appropriate transaction documents.  Comments may be as long as 80 characters.  Any comment that exceeds 50 characters is split into two comment records on the Sales Order Comment file.
